Q: Is the party safe?
A: Absolutely, our main priority is safety. Our goal is to gain the trust of all parents & guest by
    providing a secured controlled event.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: No sports apparel, headgear, hats, oversized plain colored t'-shirt, baggy jeans, gang affiliated outfits

Q: What is your security protocol?
A: Every single guest that enters our parties are search by our professional security.
    A male guard searches the male guest and a female guard searches the female guest at all times.
   *All guest must be in their good positive behavior to enter the party. Management has full rights to refuse service to anyone
    Bottle drinks, gum, mints, medicine without prescriptions are not allowed.

Q: Do you serve alcoholic drinks?
A: Absolutely not. We only serve sodas, juice, bottled water, and energy drinks. Ice water is provided free of charge.

Q: Do you serve food?
A: Yes, the venue has a snack bar

Q: Is there a coat check or bag check for my belongings?
A: Yes. Coat check is only $3 (No ins & outs except emergencies)

Q: What is the age limit?
A: 14-18 Klub Ice™  is exclusive to High School students only

Q: I'm in college but only 17 years old. I still want to join to attend with my friends who are still in high school
A: You must show current ID with date of birth for verification

Q: I don't have a high school ID / I lost my high school ID
A: You may bring any of the following: medical card, photocopy of the yearbook page you are on, passport or bring a parent with
     you so they can talk to the security to ensure them that you are in within the age limit

Q: I am an exchange student, can I still get in?
A: Absolutely. As long as you're in high school or within the age limit. You must bring a valid passport.

Q: I am trying to become a member of the website but i keep getting denied
A: You must be a high school student in order to join the website. If you are a pending member of the website and added explicit content
    to your profile, you will not be approve and will be banned from www.klubice.com

Q: When can i get approve to become member of the site. Can i get approve so i can see the pictures.
A: We maintain the website to be a clean and positive outlet for our guest to network outside the club. That being said, we carefully
     screen each of our guest for any explicit contents or if we believe that it's a false profile.

Q: Do you sell or rent  data you collect from the website and the events?
A: Absolutely not. We even absorbed the cost to eliminate ad content to our website. Data collected are use to promote klub ice™ events only.

Q: I'm a local rapper, rock band can I perform at Klub Ice™
A: No, not at this time. But feel free to leave your information and we will get back to you when we have an open date for performances.

Q: I want to celebrate my birthday at Klub Ice™  / My child wants to celebrate his/her birthday at Klub Ice™

Q: What is the time duration of the event?
A: 7:30pm-11:15pm & 6:30pm-11:30pm on 3 day holiday weekend. To guarantee admission please arrive early to avoid long lines.

Q: What happens if  I'm running late to pick up my kids?
A: We have guards + Klub Ice staff who waits for all guests to be picked up.

Note to all of our valued guest and parents: If you are picking up your kids please arrive no later than 11:15pm
